• Manage investor reporting and resolve queries.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating with Fund Accountants / Fund Administrators in various (currently three) jurisdictions


• Ensuring Annual Audit (with valuation) within the set timelines.


• Ensuring timely dissemination of Statutory & other Information, etc


• Ensuring Regulatory & Tax Compliances


• Investor Reporting and Resolution of Investor Queries


• Coordination and getting Portfolio Valuation done through an Independent Valuer on a six-monthly basis


• Dealing with all matters (ascertainment, communication and execution) related to Drawdown and Distribution


• Rationalising / Automating / Streamlining the Process to ensure timely deliverables


• Any other related matters

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of work experience in an AIF (Cat I & II) space in the same function


• Capable to manage a competent team members


• Good Communication skills, both written and verbal


• CTC – Best in the Industry


• Age – Around 35 years
