About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled functional consultant with extensive experience in Oracle EBS R12 Payroll to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll legislation and practices, particularly in the UK and Middle East.

Responsibilities

Min 7yrs + experience of hands-on functional consulting experience with Oracle EBS R12 Payroll.
Proven experience with full lifecycle implementations of Oracle EBS R12 Payroll.
Mandatory in-depth knowledge and practical experience with UK Payroll legislation, processes, and statutory reporting.
Strong practical experience with Middle East Payroll regulations and practices (e.g., UAE Labor Law, WPS, GOSI/Social Security in KSA, etc.).
Arabic language proficiency is a plus for Middle East roles.
Good understanding of core HR and Payroll business processes.
Experience with other Oracle EBS HRMS modules (Core HR, Absence Management, Self-Service HR, OLM) is highly desirable.
