Job summary

Indigrators is seeking an experienced full-stack engineer to build end-to-end features across mobile and web for a home healthcare platform. You will own frontend and backend development, deploy robust APIs, and drive AI-assisted development across the stack.

You will design scalable data models, ensure performance and security, and collaborate on cloud infrastructure and deployment. The role requires strong problem-solving and independent delivery across fast-paced, multilingual product needs.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in CSE/IT from Tier 1 engineering colleges (mandatory).
• Masters in Computer Science is a plus.
• 5+ years of overall experience in a product-based company.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain complete full-stack applications.

Team:

Small, high-velocity product engineering team

Role Overview

You will build end-to-end features across mobile and web for a home healthcare care provider platform. Work spans patient scheduling, care delivery workflows, real-time updates, multilingual UI, and deep operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Ownership

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain complete full-stack applications
• Take architectural decisions independently with long-term scalability in mind
• Own system performance, reliability, security, and data integrity
• Build robust backend services, APIs, and integrations
• Design scalable databases, data models, and workflows
• Handle complex business logic, concurrency, and edge cases
• Integrate with third-party systems (payments, logistics, CRMs, ERPs, etc.)

Frontend

• Build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces
• Translate business requirements into clean UX flows

DevOps & Deployment

• Set up CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
• Manage environments (dev, staging, production)
• Ensure monitoring, logging, and quick issue resolution
• Manage cloud budgets and optimisations

Problem Solving & Ownership

• Debug and resolve complex, production-level issues
• Refactor legacy systems and improve existing architectures
• Proactively identify risks and propose technical improvements

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in backend development (Node.js / Python / Java / NestJS / similar)
• Solid frontend experience (React / Vue / NextJS / Angular or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system design.
• Hands-on experience with SQL & NoSQL databases.
• Cloud experience (AWS / GCP / Azure).

AI & Modern Tech

• Practical experience integrating AI/ML models into applications.
• Familiarity with LLM APIs, embeddings, vector databases, or AI pipelines.
• Understanding of AI limitations, failure modes, and cost controls.
• Must demonstrate the ability to build and ship production-grade systems using AI-assisted development workflows. This includes translating ambiguous product requirements into architecture, generating and reviewing code with AI tools, implementing tests, and deploying features independently.
• Expected to define and scale AI-assisted development practices within the team, improving engineering velocity and code quality.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to deliver fully independently
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Bring in AI enabled development across the stack
• Stay current on AI enhancements, new models and have 100% working knowledge on agentic build.

Managerial Skills

• Handle technical challenges raised by the junior/senior full stack engineers

Nice to Have

• Experience building products in healthcare, fintech, logistics, or enterprise SaaS
• Experience scaling systems from early-stage to growth stage
• Exposure to security, compliance, or regulated environments
• Exposure to scaling enterprise systems and solving hard complex business problems
• Experience in building mobile applications across android and iOS ecosystems
• Managed big data technologies (Hadoop, Kafka) and large DB
• Have had past experience on security systems such as OWASP, and tools such as DAST/SAST
