Mployee.me in Delhi is seeking a Full-Stack Developer (SDE-1) to build scalable web applications across frontend and backend using Next.js, React, Node.js, and AI-powered tooling.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement secure REST APIs, and leverage AWS services, focusing on performance, reliability, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Full-Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Redis.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and authentication mechanisms (JWT/OAuth).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, or CloudWatch.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience using AI-powered coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
