Navanc, India’s first AI- and data-driven platform powering secured lending, seeks a Full Stack Developer in Bengaluru. You will design, build, and optimize backend and frontend systems for AI-powered fintech products using Python (Flask/Django) and modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js).

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate AI features, and help transform how banks assess property-backed loans, delivering scalable, secure software for India's lending landscape.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with React (Next.js), Angular or Vue.js and Python frameworks (Flask/Django/FastAPI).
• Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python frameworks (Flask/Django).
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless frontend-backend connectivity.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval mechanisms across relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) databases.
• Develop responsive and intuitive frontend interfaces with React (Next.js), Angular, or Vue.js.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure exceptional user experience.
• Architect end-to-end systems ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
• Integrate machine learning models and AI functionalities in collaboration with Data Science Team.
• Ensure efficient handling of large, sensitive datasets while maintaining data privacy.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best coding practices via code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Write clean, testable code; implement automated testing for high code quality.

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Developer at Navanc, you will design, build, and optimize both backend and frontend systems for our AI-powered fintech products. You will leverage expertise in Python (Flask/Django) and modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js) to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
