Role Overview

As a Product Designer at Navanc, you will lead the creation of AI-driven digital experiences that drive the future of secured lending and property intelligence in India. You will take full ownership of user journeys across complex product stages, blending strategic design thinking, AI-powered flows, and clean execution to build intuitive, scalable, and delightful solutions for data-heavy fintech/proptech apps. Work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment shaping the interface between advanced AI technologies and user trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design process from research to final implementation, always advocating for the user
• Craft user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that balance brand identity with usability
• Transform complex AI output credit scoring, compliance insights, property assessments into clear, trustworthy, user-friendly experiences
• Build interfaces emphasizing explainability, trust, and clarity in decision-making for AI workflows
• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to uncover insights, translating findings to actionable design solutions
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and AI/ML teams to align design decisions with business and technical goals
• Confidently communicate design rationale across stakeholders
• Rapidly prototype and iterate concepts using interactive tools in a lean startup environment
• Contribute to and scale design systems for consistency and code-ready handoff
• Maintain logical hierarchy, clean spacing, and high-quality component libraries

Ideal Candidate

• 3-5 years product design experience with a portfolio showcasing data-heavy products, complex workflows, or AI-driven design
• Proven capability in designing intuitive, scalable interfaces for AI-powered applications (dashboards, decision tools, conversational UIs, predictive analytics)
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Component Variants, Design Tokens, Variables)
• Strong component library management and design system expertise
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools for ideation and rapid prototyping
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles for complex fintech/proptech workflows
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for design rationale
• Strong problem-solving ability, aesthetic sensitivity, and attention to detail
• Comfortable thriving in fast-paced startup culture balancing MVP delivery with long-term vision
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS or utility-first styling principles (plus)
