Credit91 is building a new-age, tech-led digital lending platform in India. We seek a passionate Fullstack Developer with 3+ years of experience in React and Node.js to own and scale our products from the ground up.

You will work directly with the founding team in a fast-paced startup culture, tackling compliance and scaling challenges while collaborating with leadership and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience building production-ready applications.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Git.

We are building a new-age, tech-led, digital lending business focused on small-ticket, short-tenure unsecured loans for Indian customers.

We are looking for a passionate Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in React and Node.js. You should have at least 3 years of experience building and scaling full-stack applications. You will be working directly with the founding team to build and scale our digital lending platform from the ground up.

In this role, you will get complete ownership of the product and work in a fast-paced startup culture. You will get to learn a lot while solving challenging compliance and scaling engineering problems. Additionally, you will work directly with key business stakeholders and leadership, giving you a front-row seat to how digital credit products are conceptualized, built, and operated.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React for the frontend and Node.js for the backend.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience building production-ready applications.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control (Git).
• A strong portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing full-stack projects built from scratch.
• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience leveraging AI assistants like Claude (and plugin usages) to accelerate development.
• Familiarity with modern web design principles and aesthetics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
• Willingness to work from our Gurugram office 5 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or Data Science/Analytics.
• Experience with Android development (Kotlin / React Native / Flutter).
