About the Role

The Associate Manager - AISO (AI Strategy & Operations) role is an entry-level position focused on executing prompt engineering, testing, and debugging tasks for AI powered applications. The role supports the development and maintenance of AI chatbots and automation use cases under guidance from senior team members.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and iterate prompts for AI based applications.
• Test AI outputs across multiple scenarios, edge cases, and user journeys
• Identify prompt-level failures, hallucinations, and inconsistent behavior
• Analyze interaction logs and transcripts to improve bot accuracy
• Execute bulk testing using internal tools
• Document findings, improvements, and version updates clearly
• Collaborate with AI Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineers to implement improvements
