Job description

At NAVEX, we’re making the world a better place. A safer place. A more ethical place. A place where anyone, anywhere can have a voice. That’s a serious impact.

Our high-performance culture is driven by our values. We move with speed, passion and purpose — as one team. We are bold in our ideas, accountable in our actions, and committed to doing the right things right.

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Website Developer to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the front-end and back-end of navex.com, ensuring a fast, scalable, and modern web experience.

You will be responsible for delivering a fast, scalable, accessible, and modern web experience for both website visitors and internal content editors. You will work closely with developers, designers, content teams, and other stakeholders to deliver new functionality, improve our existing platform, and maintain high standards for performance, SEO, code quality, and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have experience in headless architecture, API development, and both front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, React, and Node.js.

Proficiency in Git workflows is required, and experience with Sanity CMS, Hugo or similar headless CMS platforms is a plus.
