The role partners with hiring managers across EMEA and India to shape hiring plans, source top FPGA talent, and manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and alignment with company culture.

The ideal candidate will have full-cycle recruiting experience, a strong network in FPGA domains, and the ability to work across time zones

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience supporting the EMEA market.
• Strong understanding of FPGA technologies, engineering roles, and market talent landscape.

In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent to support our expanding FPGA business.
