844 Altera Semiconductor Technology India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Full Life Cycle Recruiter with strong FPGA industry acumen to attract, engage, and hire top talent for our FPGA business.

You will partner with hiring managers in the EMEA and India regions to develop strategic plans and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities include strategic partnership with managers, proactive sourcing, end-to-end recruitment management, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in semiconductor/FPGA or technical domains.
• Experience supporting the EMEA market.
• Strong understanding of FPGA tech, engineering roles, and market talent landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage niche technical talent.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives and workforce needs.
• Develop and refine job descriptions for FPGA-related roles.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and build a strong FPGA talent pipeline.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and analyze recruitment metrics.
• Coordinate recruitment events and support employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies and seek process improvements.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Full Life Cycle Recruiter with strong FPGA industry acumen to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent to support our expanding FPGA business. You will partner closely with hiring managers in the EMEA and India regions to develop strategic hiring plans while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business objectives and workforce needs. Develop and refine job descriptions tailored to highly specialized FPGA-related roles.


• Talent Sourcing & Acquisition Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, industry events, and employee referrals. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of FPGA talent for both current and future hiring needs.


• Full-Cycle Recruitment Management Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Drive efficient and timely hiring decisions while maintaining high-quality standards.


• Candidate Experience Ensure a seamless, engaging, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company’s culture and values.


• Systems & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.


• Employer Branding & Events Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry meetups. Support employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility within the FPGA talent market.


• Compliance & Process Improvement Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and internal policies. Continuously identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).


• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within semiconductor, FPGA, or related technical domains.


• Experience supporting the EMEA market


• Strong understanding of FPGA technologies, engineering roles, and market talent landscape.


• Demonstrated ability to source and engage niche technical talent.


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.


• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.


• Ability to work in or overlap with EMEA (Europe, Isreal) time zones to effectively support regional stakeholders and candidates.


• Proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
