As an Oracle EPM Architect and Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in owning and enhancing critical Financial Planning, Consolidations and reporting processes using the Oracle EPM suite. This position requires deep functional expertise, strong technical proficiency, and a demonstrated ability to deliver complex, scalable, and user-centric solutions. We're looking for someone with a passion for innovation, a continuous improvement mindset, and a drive to solve problems through creative and high-quality solutions.**Responsibilities*** Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations—from requirements gathering to deployment—including hands-on development.* Oversee daily operations of Oracle EPM applications, ensuring system health, stability, reliability, and timely application of Oracle patches and updates.* Provide support to end-users during critical financial processes, including training, troubleshooting, and addressing technical needs to ensure high user satisfaction.* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business processes, runbooks, and system architecture.* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and enhance financial planning, reporting, and close workflows.* Stay current with Oracle EPM technologies, industry trends, and best practices to foster continuous improvement and innovation.* Identify opportunities for process optimization and develop prototypes to boost productivity and operational efficiency.* Define and track KPIs and metrics to monitor product performance, system health, user adoption, and satisfaction.* Mentor junior team members, promoting best practices in Oracle EPM configuration, development, and implementation.### ## **Qualifications:****Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years' experience, or Master’s Degree with 6+ years' experience working with the Oracle EPM suite of products.* Deep technical expertise in the implementation, configuration, and support of: EPBCS (all modules), EDMCS, PCMCS and Narrative Reporting.
