Responsibilities

• Handle material billing, data verification, and IMS documentation.
• Maintain monthly MIS and support Kaizen/business excellence activities.
• Verify stock accuracy and maintain records for audits.

Job Description

• Understand the end users requirement, Receiving and Evaluating Quotations, Negotiation, Placing Order, Follow up for on time Delivery, and Pending orders, Co - ordination with Corporate Purchase Department
• Receiving material and arrange for Inspection, Supervise on Material Handling, Storage, Material Disbursement, Inventory management and inventory control, Data entry in INFOR, Implement Code Identification Logic-Safety & Security of stores and Housekeeping
• Material Billing and Payment, Verification of Data Entry in the System, Documentation on Day-to-Day basis.
• IMS Documentation.
• System Administration for INFOR, Data Entry and Verification
• Reduce & Control Inventory
• Participating and maintaining records related to Business Excellence and Kaizen
• Maintaining monthly MIS reports (inventory report, pending purchase orders, pending MFCs, ITRs, man hours of contract workmen, etc.)
