Job summary

PrintStop India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive customer support executive to manage interactions with our enterprise clients—from order placement to delivery and post-sale support.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer support, strong email and online order system skills, and proficient MS Excel or Google Sheets knowledge. The role is based in Mumbai, offering growth in a fast-paced, tech-first gifting platform.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer support experience (preferably in e‑commerce or B2B).
• Comfortable with email communication and online order systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets (basic to advanced).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A natural problem-solver with good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with e-commerce platforms on a personal level.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• A team player who takes initiative and owns their responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails related to order status, shipping, and support.
• Assist clients in placing orders through our online portal and ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with the sourcing team for product availability and updates.
• Process offline quote requests received from the Estimate team.
• Support the Sales Managers with custom offline jobs and job follow-ups.
• Monitor user feedback, manage certificate dispatches, and assist in marketing-driven service tasks.
• Act as the customer’s representative internally - ensuring top-notch service at every stage.
