Job summary

New Extreme Sports in Bengaluru seeks a Front Office Operations and Sales & Business Development role at the gym. You will greet members, assist visitors, handle inquiries, coordinate tours, and maintain accurate records.

Drive sales by explaining membership plans, converting enquiries, conducting gym tours and trial sessions, and following up on leads via calls and WhatsApp.

Handle customer service, renewals, payments, CRM updates, and daily sales reporting to the Club Manager.

Responsibilities

• Front Office Operations: greet members, assist visitors, handle inquiries, coordinate tours, maintain accurate records.
• Sales & Business Development: drive sales by explaining membership plans, converting enquiries, conducting gym tours and trial sessions, following up on leads via calls and WhatsApp.
• Customer Service: handle customer service, renewals, payments, CRM updates, and daily sales reporting to the Club Manager.
• Sales Follow-up & Reporting: maintain daily lead and follow-up records, update CRM with enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions, submit daily reports to the Club Manager.

Job description

1. Front Office Operations

• Manage daily front desk operations and ensure smooth member entry and exit.
• Greet and assist members and visitors professionally.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, walk-ins, and membership enquiries.
• Maintain accurate member and visitor records.
• Coordinate appointments, trial sessions, and gym tours.
• Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable.

2. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly membership sales targets.
• Convert walk-in enquiries and leads into memberships.
• Explain membership plans, packages, offers, and facilities to prospective members.
• Conduct gym tours and trial sessions for potential customers.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Generate referrals from existing members.
• Promote membership upgrades, renewals, and additional services such as Personal Training.

3. Customer Service

• Build good relationships with existing and prospective members.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable membership plans.
• Handle basic customer complaints and coordinate with the Club Manager for resolution.
• Follow up with members for renewals and pending payments.
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.

4. Sales Follow-up & Reporting

• Maintain daily lead and follow-up records.
• Update CRM/software with enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Submit daily sales and lead reports to the Club Manager.
• Track pending leads and ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor individual sales targets and conversion performance.
