Omm Enterprises in Odisha seeks a responsive customer support executive to maintain customer databases and CRM/Excel records. You will explain products clearly, address client queries, and coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups.

Knowledge of Odia, Hindi and local Balangir language is preferred; English is an added advantage. A basic computer skill set including MS Word/Excel will help you excel in this role within our growing team.

Qualificações

• Graduate/Undergraduate/12th pass.
• Good communication in Odia, Hindi and local Balangir language; English an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills: MS Word/Excel/Internet/WhatsApp.
• Telecalling or sales experience preferred.
