Job summary

Infinite Computing Systems, Inc. in Mumbai seeks a candidate to assist in the US staffing lifecycle, including requirements gathering, screening and submission, working closely with US clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist and participate in the US staffing lifecycle (requirements gathering, candidate prospecting, screening, submission and follow-up).
• Interact with Hire US Citizens, Green Card Holders, and Foreign Nationals for Infinites clients.
• Conduct phone screens, pre-qualifying questions and propose candidates on location, position and organization.
• Develop new channels of recruitment to ensure resource availability.
• Research and understand technology and business jargon.
• Source resumes from portals, databanks, references, networking and headhunting.
• Maintain and update the resource database (ATS).
• Develop and create brand awareness about the organization.
• Upload, monitor and maintain job postings on portals.
• Write Boolean queries and build search terms on Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.

• Interact with & Hire US Citizens, Green Card Holders, Foreign Nationals for Infinites clients

• Write Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
