Roles & Responsibilities

• Answer calls in a timely and professional manner
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Input customer information on CRM system correctly
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Responsible for outbound sales calls
• Explain services & prices
• Manage client referrals and process as appropriate
• Engage positively with prospective customers to ensure an understanding of products and services & maintaining an adequate lead to conversion rate
• Identify customer needs effectively to maximize sales opportunities and explain added value services
• Generate new business and close deals in the shortest time possible
• Provide sales support to the team as required
