Job summary

Inspiration Manpower Consultancy seeks a French Language Specialist for Chennai to provide customer support via Voice, Chat, and Email. The role requires 1–5 years' experience and strong French (C1/B2) with English, focusing on customer satisfaction and problem solving.

Permanent, on-site position in Chennai with 5 working days, 2 days off, and 2-way cab facility. Immediate notice period and experience with international customers is beneficial.

Qualifications

We are looking for a French Language Specialist with 1 to 5 years of experience in Contact Center/BPO operations to provide exceptional customer support through Voice, Chat, and Email channels. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in French (C1/B2 level) and English, with a customer-centric approach and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via Voice, Chat, and Email.

• Follow standard operating procedures and achieve quality, productivity, and SLA targets.
