Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a Freight Forwarding / Logistics Executive in Navi Mumbai to manage end-to-end logistics for marine spare parts and shipping components. The role requires 2-4 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics within marine/shipping contexts.

You will coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents and ship vessels, arranging air/sea freight and road transport while handling documentation, quotes, and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or marine shipping.
• Experience with end-to-end shipment handling and documentation is preferred.
• Knowledge of air/sea freight, customs processes, and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end logistics of marine spare parts and shipping components.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, couriers, customs agents, ship agents and vessels.
• Arrange air freight, sea freight, courier and road transportation.
• Prepare and check shipping and export/import documentation.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to vessels/required destinations.
• Coordinate urgent marine spare shipments and vessel deliveries.
• Obtain and negotiate freight quotations.
• Coordinate customs clearance and resolving shipment-related issues.
• Maintain shipment records, tracking reports and logistics documentation.
• Providing regular shipment status updates to management.

• Obtaining and negotiating freight quotations.

• Maintaining shipment records, tracking reports and logistics documentation.
• Checking freight/logistics invoices and coordinating with the concerned departments.
• Providing regular shipment status updates to management.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with prior experience in marine spare parts logistics, ship management, vessel supplies, freight forwarding, shipping agency, or international logistics will be preferred.
