• Liaise with carriers, customs brokers, and vendors.
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, and company policies.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and service providers.
• Resolve shipment issues, delays, and discrepancies.
