Job summary

Ocean Transworld Logistics is seeking a Freight Forwarding CS professional with at least 2 years of experience to coordinate with shippers, CHAs, overseas agents and customers. The role includes handling corporate accounts, customer service and pricing, and preparing required reports.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, the ability to work manually, and exposure to clearance procedures (a plus). This is an on-site position based in Mumbai, India.

Qualifications
