RLogy is seeking high-performance U.S. dispatchers who can deliver results from day one. If you know U.S. trucking inside out, can source better rates, and don’t need hand-holding, we want you on the team.

You will handle sourcing, negotiating, and closing trucks quickly, maintain strict carrier compliance (MC/DOT, insurance, safety scores), and communicate clearly to coordinate high-value shipments from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hardcore U.S. dispatch experience.
• Strong grip on DAT, Truckstop & load boards.
• Ability to source, negotiate & close trucks FAST.
• Deep understanding of carrier compliance (MC/DOT, insurance, safety scores).
• Confidence to handle high-value/project/BBK shipments.
