Job summary

Austech Business Solutions Private Limited is seeking motivated Freight Brokers to handle the US and Canadian freight markets. Freshers with basic knowledge are encouraged to apply, and training will be provided.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in freight brokerage across the US and Canada, strong knowledge of load boards and brokerage software, and the ability to booking, source carriers, negotiate rates, and manage customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in US & Canada freight brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of Load Boards and industry-standard brokerage software.
• Understanding of load booking, carrier sourcing, rate negotiation, customer handling & tracking.
• A proven business book / established customer or shipper relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
