Job summary

TSP Select in Vadodara is seeking experienced Freelance Recruiters who can independently manage recruitment assignments from sourcing to interview coordination.

You will source candidates, screen them, coordinate interviews, and maintain a recruitment tracker, handling both domestic and international roles as needed.

This role offers flexibility for freelancers with strong networks and platform know-how.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment freelancing or consulting.
• Ability to independently source, call and manage candidates.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with international recruitment preferred.

Who We Are Looking For

• Previous recruitment/freelance recruitment experience.
• Strong candidate sourcing and communication skills.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Ability to independently source, call and manage candidates.
• Recruiters with their own sourcing methods, professional networks or recruitment setup will be preferred.
• Experience with international recruitment will be an added advantage.
