Job summary

Razor Sharp Hr And Consulting Opc is seeking a Franchise Development & Store Launch Coordinator in India. You will identify property and locations, coordinate new store projects with franchisees and our Projects Team, own each launch end-to-end, and handover to operations after go-live.

Responsibilities include daily lead management: 50 physical contacts weekly, minimum 15 interest letters monthly, follow-ups with prospects, Zoom calls with HO, negotiating term sheets and franchisee agreements,

Property & location identification and negotiation.

Provides timely and constructive feedback for

performance improvement.

Business expansion via new franchise signups

New Store Projects coordination (with Franchisee and In-house Projects Team) for ontime store launch

Complete ownership of Store launch and handover to operations teams

Appoint franchisee as per annual expansion

target.

Conduct 50 physical contacts (Prospective

Franchisees) every week and update the status

in Central portal

Ensure there are minimum 15 Interest letters

obtained every month from allocated territory.

Diligently follow-up with prospective Franchisees

for Zoom calls with HO Central Network Planning

Team

Negotiate Franchisee term sheet and closure of

agreements of franchisee outlets as per

company Terms

Prepare a comprehensive Lead sheet for

developing Prospective Franchisees and ensure

daily updation

Perform daily follow-ups on the Leads and

update the status to HO as per desired

frequency

Provide support, consultation, analytical insight

and assessment to franchise partners to build

profitable sales.

Provide support to franchisees to ensure

successful store launch and / or storeprojects.

Recognizesand celebrates franchise partner

accomplishments and contributions.
