Job summary

Cine Square Entertainment is expanding its footprint in multiple locations, including Indore, Jaipur, and Delhi. The role focuses on franchise development, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth across key markets.

You will lead negotiations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage end-to-end onboarding from discussions to signing, ensuring smooth handover to execution and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Identify and acquire new franchise opportunities across key markets.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of franchise prospects.
• Generate business through networking, referrals, developers, and strategic partnerships.
• Present franchise business models, investment opportunities, and ROI proposals to prospective partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations on franchise agreements, commercials, and legal terms.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams throughout the acquisition process.
• Manage end-to-end franchise onboarding from initial discussions to agreement signing.
• Ensure a smooth handover to project execution and operations teams.
• Build relationships with developers, mall owners, real estate consultants, and brokers.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and investor meetings.
• Maintain accurate documentation, MIS reports, and acquisition dashboards.
• Track franchise performance during the launch and onboarding phase.

Key Responsibilities- Franchise Development & Business Growth

• Identify and acquire new franchise opportunities across key markets.

Partner Acquisition & Onboarding

• Ensure a smooth handover to project execution and operations teams.

Market Research & Strategy

• Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and real estate developments.
• Support expansion planning with market insights and growth forecasts.
• Evaluate business feasibility and location potential.

Stakeholder Management

• Build relationships with developers, mall owners, real estate consultants, and brokers.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Projects, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and investor meetings.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure franchise acquisitions comply with company policies and brand standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, MIS reports, and acquisition dashboards.
• Track franchise performance during the launch and onboarding phase.
