SUB91 is seeking a Franchise Support Manager to be the main liaison for franchise partners, coordinating pre-opening activities and operational support to ensure every store is ready before launch.

The role requires proactive organization, follow-ups, and collaboration with multiple internal departments to ensure smooth store openings and ongoing franchise operations.

• Maintain a Store Opening Compliance Checklist and ensure all documents are completed before the opening date.
• Monitor franchisee concerns and ensure timely resolution through proper coordination with internal departments.
• Coordinate with Marketing for implementation of offers, campaigns, branding, and promotional activities.

Job Summary

The Franchise Support Manager will act as the primary point of contact between SUB91 and its franchise partners. The role involves providing complete operational support, coordinating pre-opening activities, ensuring documentation and compliance requirements are completed, and making sure every franchise outlet is fully ready before opening.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, organised, good at follow-ups, and capable of coordinating with franchisees and multiple internal departments to ensure smooth store operations and successful new store launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between SUB91 and franchise partners.
• Provide complete operational support to franchisees for the smooth functioning of their stores.
• Ensure every franchise store is fully ready before opening and all pre-opening formalities are completed on time.
• Coordinate and ensure availability of all required documents, licences, approvals, and compliance requirements before store opening.
• Coordinate for Water Testing Reports and ensure the required report is ready before opening.
• Ensure franchisees understand and complete GST-related requirements and basic GST compliance formalities.
• Coordinate and ensure FSSAI Food Licence/Registration is applied for and available as required for the outlet.
• Maintain a Store Opening Compliance Checklist and ensure all documents are completed before the opening date.
• Ensure the store is operationally ready, including equipment, kitchen setup, POS, signage, raw material, staff, uniforms, hygiene, and other required operational items.
• Coordinate with Purchase and Operations for raw materials, equipment, packaging, and other store requirements.
• Monitor franchisee concerns and ensure timely resolution through proper coordination with internal departments.
• Coordinate with Marketing for implementation of offers, campaigns, branding, and promotional activities.
• Ensure all company policies, processes, and new product/SOP updates are properly communicated and implemented at franchise outlets.

Pre-Opening Responsibility

The Franchise Support Manager will be responsible for ensuring that every SUB91 franchise outlet is "Opening Ready" before the scheduled launch.
