The role requires 2-5 years of QSR/restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with POS systems and MS Excel. You will manage schedules, cash handling, and vendor coordination while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and train the store team.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve complaints.
• Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
• Handle inventory, ordering, stock control, and wastage minimization.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
• Ensure proper cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
• Monitor labour and food costs and other expenses.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
• Ensure all statutory and safety compliances are followed.
• Coordinate with Operations for smooth business functioning.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Job Summary
