Job summary

Viswam Edutech seeks a Franchise Operations Manager to oversee franchise partners across India. You will train franchise teams, ensure compliance with company standards, and act as the main contact between the company and owners. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in franchise operations or business development.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Willing to travel extensively across India.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Benefits

• Salary: 35,000 40,000 CTC per month.
• Travel allowances as per company policy.
