Job summary

Regrob, a tech-enabled real estate consulting and franchise company, is seeking an ambitious Franchise Manager in Noida. The role focuses on identifying franchise opportunities, building relationships with partners, and presenting the business model to potential investors.

Ideal candidates have 0–5 years of experience in BD/franchise development, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools. Freshers may apply; immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Freshers and candidates with 0–5 years of experience can apply.
• Experience in Business Development, Franchise Development, B2B Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Real Estate is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good presentation skills and a consultative approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new franchise business opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with prospective franchise partners.
• Present Regrob's franchise business model and investment opportunities.
• Evaluate business potential and understand the requirements of prospective partners.
• Drive franchise acquisition from initial discussion to successful onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, commercial discussions, and franchise setup.
• Maintain accurate records of business activities and partner interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve franchise expansion targets while ensuring an excellent partner experience.
