Job summary

ClearDekho Eyewear Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Franchise Development Manager in New Delhi. The role involves expanding the franchise network across India, managing substantial investments, and ensuring monthly revenue collection.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience, preferably in the Optical Industry, and must excel in communication and time management. Effective handling of diverse investors is a must, along with the capacity to conduct marketing activities to attract potentials.

Qualifications

• 4 years or more of relevant experience preferably from the Optical Industry.
• Experience as a Franchise Development Manager or in a related field.
• Proficiency in explaining the business models to diverse investors.

JD – FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

• Responsible for expansion of Franchise network Pan India.
• Handling investment size of 20 lacs and above by explaining the concept and business model to HNIs, SMEs and investors from diverse backgrounds.
• Ensuring collection of budgeted revenue on a monthly basis.
• Ensuring appointment of targeted number of franchise outlets/stores every month by creating and managing a healthy pipeline.
• Lead generation through various marketing activities like participation in Franchisee Exhibition, Webinar, Event, Social Media Promotion etc.
• Travelling across cities of India to meet prospective investors and explain the business model and ensure closure.
• Ensuring collection of all the documents as per the checklist and execution of the contract prior to opening of the outlet.
• Handling cross functional team comprising of members from NSO, Legal, and Accounts etc. and ensure smooth onboarding of prospective channel partners.
• Doing any other duties and tasks as assigned and advised time to time by the management or reporting managers.
• Following the other/further details of the above duties may be advised separately, as per need.
• Any Graduate/Post Graduate with 4 years or above of relevant experience preferably from Optical Industry.
• Experience as a Franchise Development Manager or in related field.
• Good experience in expansion of Franchise network Pan India.
• Proficiency in explaining the business models to HNIs, SMEs and investors from diverse background.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

Work Hours

• Monday – Friday : 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 1st & 3rd Saturday : 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 2nd & 4th Saturday : 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• (Except Public Holidays)
