Job summary

REGUL SOLUTIONS in India is seeking a Franchise Expansion Manager to drive growth across major cities. You will identify opportunities, evaluate sites, coordinate leasing, and partner with property owners and brokers to expand our pharmacy and wellness network.

The role requires 1-5 years of relevant experience, willingness to travel, and strong Excel skills. Open locations include Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise/retail expansion, site acquisition, and leasing.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail or healthcare expansion processes.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
