Job summary

REGUL SOLUTIONS in India is seeking a Franchise Expansion Manager to identify and secure franchise opportunities across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata.

You will conduct market research, evaluate locations, coordinate leasing and documentation, and build strong relationships with owners, brokers and partners to drive rapid network growth. MBA or graduate background preferred; travel within region expected.

Franchise Expansion Manager

Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata

Experience: 1-5 Years

CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new franchise opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Search and finalize retail locations for new stores.
• Coordinate property evaluation, leasing, and documentation.
• Build relationships with property owners, brokers, and franchise partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for store launch and expansion activities.
• Maintain expansion reports and MIS.

Required Skills

• Experience in Franchise Expansion, Retail Expansion, Site Acquisition, Leasing, or Property Acquisition.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail or healthcare expansion processes.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Preferred Background

Experience from Pharmacy, Healthcare, Diagnostics, Hospitals, Clinics, Wellness, Retail, or FMCG organizations.
