Job summary

REGUL SOLUTIONS is seeking a Franchise Expansion Manager for multiple open locations across India. The role involves identifying and acquiring franchise opportunities, conducting market research, and finalizing retail sites.

You will coordinate leasing, property evaluation, and documentation while building strong relations with property owners and partners. Required is 1–5 years of experience in expansion, with strong negotiation, MS Excel proficiency, and willingness to travel within the

• Experience in Franchise & Retail Expansion, Site Acquisition, Leasing or Property Acquisition.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail or healthcare expansion processes.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
