Job summary

REGUL SOLUTIONS is seeking a Franchise Expansion Manager to drive expansion across multiple Indian cities. You will identify and secure new franchise opportunities, conduct market research, and select optimal store locations while coordinating leasing and documentation.

This role requires collaboration with internal teams to launch stores and maintain expansion MIS. The ideal candidate has 1-5 years in franchise and retail expansion with strong negotiation skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise expansion and site acquisition is essential.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of retail or healthcare expansion processes is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is required.

CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
