Job summary

Genericart Medicine in Muzaffarpur invites a Franchise Development Manager to onboard and launch new franchise stores, guiding partners through store setup, licensing, and readiness.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience as a Medical Representative (MR), Pharma Sales Executive or Territory Sales Executive.
• Strong field sales and territory management experience.
• Experience in dealing with doctors, chemists, retailers or distributors preferred.
• Good communication, relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Candidates with exposure to retail pharmacy, dealer/distributor development or franchise/retail expansion will be preferred.
• Education: Graduate B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. preferred.
