Job summary

Genericart Medicine is seeking a Franchise Development Manager to onboard and launch new franchise stores in Bhagalpur. The role guides partners through store setup, location coordination, licensing, infrastructure and training readiness, ensuring timely launches and active early business activation.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in MR/pharma sales with strong field and territory management experience, and the willingness to travel across the territory.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Franchise Development Manager (FDM) will be responsible for onboarding and launching new franchise stores. The role involves guiding franchise partners through the store setup process, ensuring timely launch, driving customer connects and supporting early business activation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Good communication, relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Candidates with exposure to retail pharmacy, dealer/distributor development or franchise/retail expansion will be preferred.
• Education: Graduate B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. preferred.
