Job summary

Genericart Medicine in Ranchi is seeking a Franchise Development Manager (FDM) to onboard and launch new franchise stores, guiding partners through the store setup process and ensuring timely openings.

You will coordinate location, pharmacist, licensing, infrastructure, equipment, inventory and training readiness, while traveling within the territory to drive early business activation and local market engagement.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of MR/Pharma sales experience.
• Strong field sales and territory management.
• Experience dealing with doctors, chemists, retailers or distributors preferred.
• Good communication and relationship management skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the territory.
• Exposure to retail pharmacy or franchise/retail expansion preferred.

Role Overview

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience as a Medical Representative (MR), Pharma Sales Executive or Territory Sales Executive.
• Strong field sales and territory management experience.
• Experience in dealing with doctors, chemists, retailers or distributors preferred.
• Good communication, relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Candidates with exposure to retail pharmacy, dealer/distributor development or franchise/retail expansion will be preferred.
• Education: Graduate B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. preferred.
