Job summary

Genericart Medicine is seeking a Franchise Development Manager to onboard and launch new franchise stores. You will guide partners through store setup, ensure timely launches and drive early business activation.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of MR/Pharma sales experience, strong field and territory management skills, and readiness to travel extensively within the territory. Graduation in B.Pharm/D.Pharm/B.Sc. preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience as a Medical Representative (MR), Pharma Sales Executive or Territory Sales Executive.
• Strong field sales and territory management experience.
• Experience in dealing with doctors, chemists, retailers or distributors preferred.
• Good communication, relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Candidates with exposure to retail pharmacy, dealer/distributor development or franchise/retail expansion will be preferred.
• Education: Graduate B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. preferred.

Responsibilities
