Job summary

Genericart Medicine is seeking a Franchise Development Manager to onboard and launch new franchise stores. You will guide partners through store setup, coordinate licensing, infrastructure and training readiness to ensure timely store openings.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in MR or pharma sales, strong field and territory management skills, and will travel extensively within the assigned territory to drive early business activation and customer connects.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of MR/pharma sales experience or territory sales experience.
• Strong field sales and territory management experience.
• Experience dealing with doctors, chemists, retailers or distributors preferred.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Education: Graduate B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in dealing with doctors, chemists, retailers or distributors preferred.
• Good communication, relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Candidates with exposure to retail pharmacy, dealer/distributor development or franchise/retail expansion will be preferred.
• Education: Graduate B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. preferred.
