Job summary

Angel One in Ahmednagar is seeking a Cluster Manager (Acquisition & Retention) to lead partnerships with sub-brokers, franchises, IFAs and channel partners, and to scale the partner network while expanding the client base.

You will own end-to-end partner engagement, ensure retention and transaction growth, deliver excellent pre- and post-sales service, and identify opportunities that align with business goals. Any Graduate is welcome to apply.

• Acquisition of preferably existing & potential new Sub-broker / Franchise / IFA / channel partners
• Handhold & work closely with the Sub broker / Franchise / IFA / channel partners to ensure scale up, retention & transactions while ensuring addition of new clients through various initiatives
• Deliver outstanding customer service in terms of pre sales and post service
• Identify opportunities in line with business objectives & work towards meeting them
