Angel One is hiring for a Relationship Manager - MFD for Acquisition/Service in Bengaluru. The role involves generating leads, conducting outbound tele-sales, and building strong MFD relationships to drive onboarding and enrollment in mutual fund offerings.

You will stay updated on product details, market trends, and regulatory changes to effectively communicate benefits, while achieving sales targets and maintaining CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: identify and generate leads from databases, referrals and cold calling; maintain a steady flow of potential MFDs.
• Tele sales: outbound calls to prospects; pitch mutual fund distribution opportunities; address inquiries; log interactions in CRM.
• Relationship building: develop strong relationships with MFDs and guide onboarding to a smooth transition.
• Product knowledge: stay updated on mutual fund offerings, regulations and market trends and explain benefits to MFDs.
• Sales targets and reporting: meet monthly/quarterly targets; provide regular activity, conversion and pipeline reports.

Role: Relationship Manager - MFD – Acquisition/Service

Location:Bangalore

What you will do:

1. Lead Generation:

• Proactively identify and generate leads through various sources such as databases, referrals, and cold calling.
• Utilize effective lead generation strategies to ensure a steady flow of potential MFDs.o mitigate potential risks and safeguard client interests.

2. Tele Sales Activities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects with the aim of introducing our mutual fund distribution opportunities.
• Present compelling pitches, emphasizing the benefits and features of becoming a sub-broker with our firm.
• Address any inquiries or concerns raised by MFDs regarding mutual fund products, Onboarding process, commissions, etc.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

3. Relationship Building:

• Build strong, trusting relationships with MFDs by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Provide personalized assistance and guidance throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active MFDs.

4. Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on the latest developments in the mutual fund industry, including new products, regulations, and market trends.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our mutual fund offerings and how they can benefit both MFDs and their clients.

5. Sales Targets and Reporting:

• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, lead conversions, and pipeline status to track progress and identify areas for improvement
