As a GTM Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize the AI-driven systems behind myNachiketa's go-to-market engine. You will leverage LLMs, AI agents, automation tools, APIs, and data analysis to improve efficiency, personalization, cost control, decision-making, and growth across platforms such as our website, app, and B2C platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meta, and Shiprocket, Delhivery. The role merges AI automation, Data Systems and Business Intelligence to achieve growth and efficiency.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building systems, experimenting with emerging AI technologies, understanding data analytics and solving business problems.

Responsibilities:

Build AI-Powered GTM Infrastructure

• Optimize workflows across marketing, sales, operations, and content.
• Build AI agentsand automations that enable teams to execute faster and with greater precision.
• Automate repetitive marketing, operations, analytics, and reporting tasks.
• Improve organizational efficiency through intelligent process design.

Analytics & Conversion Optimization

• Create dashboards and monitoring systems that surface actionable insights.
• Identify what is working, where friction exists, and how conversion can be improved across the funnel.
• Analyze customer journeys across ecommerce and digital platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams.
• Understand business challenges and build scalable technical solutions.
• Translate business requirements into automated systems and workflows

Key Requirements:

• B.tech/Eng. with high academic achievement or through project work.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, growth, and technology
• Understanding of e-commerce ecosystems and marketplace operations. (Preferred)
• Experience with SQL, dashboards, analytics, or data visualization tools. (Preferred)
• Ability to learn quickly and experiment independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Creative thinker who can translate ideas into working systems
