Job summary

myNachiketa is seeking a motivated professional to co-create and scale education programs, coordinate with families and schools, and build a donor network. You will work directly with the founder on growth initiatives, campaigns and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own our Programs: manage and improve Gita Scholar Program, Gita Classes, workshops and learning initiatives; coordinate with parents, students, schools and partners; identify ways to increase participation and impact; track metrics and improve operations.
• Build Partnerships: reach out to schools, communities, institutions and organizations; create outreach plans; build donor databases and support fundraising outreach; develop relationships with supporters and ecosystem partners; manage campaigns across LinkedIn, email, podcasts and events.

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, enterprising and execution-oriented individual who takes ownership early in their career and works directly with the founder on some of myNachiketa’s most important initiatives.

This is a broad role, where you will work across program management, marketing, partnerships, community building and fundraising outreach , while independently owning key projects from planning to execution.

One day you may be improving the Gita Scholar Program. The next, you could be identifying podcasts for founder outreach, building a donor pipeline, planning a workshop, or working on a campaign to grow participation in our programs.

For the right person, this role can grow significantly in scope and responsibility. Responsibilities include:

Own our Programs

• Manage and improve the Gita Scholar Program, Gita Classes, workshops and other learning initiatives .
• Coordinate with parents, students, schools and partners to ensure programs run smoothly.
• Think beyond execution: identify ways to increase participation, engagement and impact .
• Track key metrics and continuously improve how our programs operate.

Build Partnerships

• Identify and reach out to schools, communities, institutions and organizations that can help expand myNachiketa’s reach.
• Create structured outreach plans and follow through until closure. Build relationships with potential collaborators and partners.
• Research and build databases of individual donors, foundations, CSR organizations and other potential supporters .
• Support fundraising outreach, communication and follow-ups.
• Work directly with the founder on developing relationships with potential supporters and ecosystem partners.
• Work on outreach initiatives across LinkedIn, email, podcasts, events and other channels .
• Identify relevant podcasts, media opportunities, events and forums for myNachiketa and its founders.
• Help conceptualize campaigns to grow awareness, participation and community engagement.
• Work with content and design teams to take campaigns from idea to execution.

What are we looking for

• 1.5+ years of professional experience OR an MBA equivalent postgraduate management degree. Fresh MBAs may apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
• High ownership and a bias towards getting things done.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong research and analytical ability.Comfortable with spreadsheets, digital tools and AI.
• Curious and willing to work across functions rather than remain within a narrow job description.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Prior experience in startups, education, program management, marketing, partnerships, community building or fundraising is a plus.
• An interest in education, Indian philosophy or social impact is useful, but ability, curiosity and ownership matter more .
