ChatWithAds is seeking a GTM Engineer in Pune to build scalable growth systems and automate workflows. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering or similar areas and a strong grasp of B2B SaaS growth.

This role includes responsibilities such as developing AI-powered prospecting engines and connecting various platforms through automation. You will work directly with the founder to identify acquisition channels and improve marketing productivity.

ChatWithAds is building the AI operating system for paid media. We create a conversational interface that connects Shopify, Meta, and Google Ads, allowing marketers to ask questions, uncover insights, generate strategies, and make decisions faster.

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer who can build scalable growth systems, automate workflows, and help turn product usage into predictable revenue. GTM Engineers sit between growth, sales, marketing, product, and AI automation. They build the systems that drive pipeline and customer acquisition.

What You'll Do

• Build and optimize outbound and inbound growth systems
• Create lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing workflows
• Develop AI-powered prospecting and personalization engines
• Build automations using APIs, webhooks, and no-code tools
• Connect CRM, analytics, customer data, and marketing platforms
• Design growth experiments and measure conversion performance
• Work directly with the founder to identify scalable acquisition channels
• Create reporting dashboards for pipeline, activation, and revenue
• Improve onboarding and activation flows for Shopify merchants
• Use AI tools to increase productivity across sales and marketing

Requirements
