We’re looking for a GTM Engineer who can build scalable growth systems, automate workflows, and help turn product usage into predictable revenue. GTM Engineers sit between growth, sales, marketing, product, and AI automation. They build the systems that drive pipeline and customer acquisition.

What You'll Do

• Build and optimize outbound and inbound growth systems
• Create lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing workflows
• Develop AI-powered prospecting and personalization engines
• Build automations using APIs, webhooks, and no-code tools
• Connect CRM, analytics, customer data, and marketing platforms
• Design growth experiments and measure conversion performance
• Work directly with the founder to identify scalable acquisition channels
• Create reporting dashboards for pipeline, activation, and revenue
• Improve onboarding and activation flows for Shopify merchants

Requirements
