Job summary

Bitscale, Gurgaon-based startup, seeks a solutions engineer who works directly with customers to diagnose GTM workflow issues and build live, end-to-end solutions in days, not quarters.

You’ll own discovery, design workflows, and implement across HubSpot, Salesforce, sheets, and webhooks, driving adoption from setup to first real-week usage. Fresh grads welcome; strong CRM/API hands-on preferred.

Qualifications

• Fresh grads welcome; 0–2 years experience considered
• You’ve implemented something a real team or customer actually used
• Hands-on with CRMs, spreadsheets, APIs, webhooks, JSON, SQL, enrichment, Zapier/Make/n8n/Pabbly, Python or JS

Responsibilities

• Run discovery — ask questions to surface the real process
• Design the workflow — inputs, sources, rules, validation, failure paths, outputs
• Build it — across Bitscale, HubSpot, Salesforce, sheets, enrichment tools, webhooks and automation platforms
• Debug it — fix bad mappings, duplicate paths, API errors; find root cause
• Own adoption — stay engaged through setup, testing, launch and early usage
• Turn one-offs into leverage — templates, playbooks, product feedback for engineering

You won't be assigned a customer. You'll be assigned a problem, and you won't stop until it runs on its own.

The role in one line

You sit with a customer, find out what's actually broken in their GTM motion, and build the workflow that fixes it — live, in days, not quarters.

Part solutions engineer, part implementation lead, part detective. This is the role where customer conversations turn directly into systems.

What will you do?

• Run discovery — get on calls and ask the questions that surface the real process, not the one on the slide
• Design the workflow — inputs, sources, rules, validation, failure paths, outputs
• Build it — in Bitscale and across HubSpot, Salesforce, sheets, enrichment tools, webhooks and automation platforms
• Debug it — bad mappings, duplicate paths, API errors. Find the cause before you escalat
• Own adoption — stay on it through setup, testing, launch and the first real week of usage
• Turn one-offs into leverage — templates, playbooks, product feedback for engineering

What are we looking for?

• Fresh grad or up to ~2 years — what you've built matters more than years on a resume
• You've implemented something a real team or customer actually used
• Hands-on with several of: CRMs, spreadsheets, APIs, webhooks, JSON, SQL, enrichment, Zapier / Make / n8n / Pabbly, Python or JS
• You can explain the same workflow to a GTM operator and to an engineer, without changing the facts
• You turn vague requests into steps, rules, edge cases and tests
• High ownership, fast learning, zero drama when requirements change on Tuesday

Good to Have

• Solutions engineering, implementation, RevOps, technical CS or business analysis background
• HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay or enrichment tooling in production
• Public writing, demos or documentation you're proud of
• Startup experience, or evidence of shipping in the fog

What this role is not

• Writing production services all day
• Check-ins and renewals
• Routing tickets from a script
• Carrying a closing quota
