Job summary

Grow That Brand is seeking a marketing-driven professional to join our India-based in-office team in Andheri West. You will own client lifecycles, drive Meta ads campaigns, and help build SOPs while working alongside the founder to deliver high-growth results for Ecommerce brands.

You will engage in weekly strategy calls, escalation discussions, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure client success and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in a fast-growing startup, ecommerce brand, or consulting firm.
• Fluent, polished English; experience on calls with international founders.
• Owned real outcomes beyond tasks and fix issues proactively.

Responsibilities

• Own client lifecycle: onboarding, delivery, retention.
• Manage client relationships with weekly review and strategy calls.
• Be the face of the firm to clients alongside the founder.
• Launch Meta ads: structure campaigns, budget allocation, testing, review.
• Build SOPs and the systems the team uses.
• Lead a team of 3–4 ops and account associates.
• Run internal cadences: weekly reviews, monthly planning, quarterly reviews.
• Handle special projects from new client launches to internal experiments.

What you'll own:

• Client lifecycle: onboarding, delivery, retention.
• Client relationships. Weekly review calls, strategy calls, escalation calls with founders.
• You'll be the face of the firm to clients alongside the founder.
• Launching Meta ads for client accounts. campaign structure, budget allocation, creative testing, performance review.
• Building the SOP library and the systems the team runs on.
• A team of 3-4 ops and account associates.
• Internal cadences weekly team reviews, monthly planning, quarterly business reviews with clients.
• Special projects across the firm, from new client launches to internal experiments.

Who you are

• If you've worked 1-5 years at a fast-growing startup, e-commerce brand, or consulting firm.
• Fluent, polished English. You'll be on calls with international founders.
• You've owned real outcomes, not just tasks.
• You notice what's broken and fix it before being asked.

• You have experience with meta ads / and or are willing to learn fast
