Job summary

Sparsh CCTV is seeking a high-ownership, strategy-driven professional to join the Founder’s Office. You will work across engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing to shape pivotal initiatives and drive them from concept to reality.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, multi-disciplinary environment across India. You will build business cases, evaluate pilots, and communicate leadership-ready narratives with clarity.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in consulting, startups, strategy, VC, or related roles
• Comfortable switching between strategy and execution
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and initiative
• Strong communication and storytelling ability
• Curiosity about technology, manufacturing, and India’s infrastructure ecosystem
