About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and execution-oriented Executive Associate Founder's Office to work closely with the Founder/CEO of a fast-growing FinTech company.
This is a high-ownership role that combines strategy, business operations, research, project management, and executive support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple functions, solving ambiguous problems, driving initiatives from idea to execution, and acting as a trusted partner to the Founder's Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founder/CEO on strategic priorities, business initiatives, and critical projects.
- Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry research to support business decisions.
- Prepare business presentations, MIS reports, dashboards, financial/business analyses, and management reports.
- Track key business metrics, targets, action items, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with teams including Business, Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Compliance.
- Drive cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution and closure.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend practical solutions.
- Support business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
- Assist in preparing investor, board, partner, and management presentations.
- Monitor FinTech industry trends, regulations, emerging technologies, and competitive developments.
- Support the Founder in meetings by preparing agendas, notes, action points, and follow-ups.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business and strategic information.
- Take ownership of special projects and new initiatives as assigned by the Founder.
What We're Looking For
- 1-4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, FinTech, startups, business strategy, operations, corporate finance, or a similar high-performance environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Ability to work with data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong project management and stakeholder-management skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership.
